Refund & Cancellation policy

At YourTripTailor LLP, we aim to provide transparent and fair policies to ensure a smooth experience for our clients. All bookings made through us are subject to the following refund and cancellation terms.

1. General Policy

  • All bookings (air tickets, hotels, holiday packages, cruises, rail passes, visas, etc.) are governed by the refund and cancellation rules of the respective service providers (airlines, hotels, transport operators, cruise lines, embassies, etc.).

  • YourTripTailor LLP acts as a facilitator and is bound by third-party supplier policies.

  • Refunds, if applicable, will be processed only after we receive the refunded amount from the service provider.

2. Air Tickets

  • Cancellation and refund depend entirely on the airline’s fare rules.

  • Non-refundable tickets will not be eligible for any refund.

  • For refundable tickets, airline cancellation charges + YourTripTailor LLP service fee (if applicable) will be deducted.

  • Convenience fees, transaction charges, and service fees are non-refundable.

3. Hotel Bookings

  • Hotel cancellation policies vary by property, room type, and season.

  • Some bookings may be non-refundable or partially refundable.

  • Any applicable hotel cancellation charges and service fees will be deducted before processing refunds.

4. Holiday Packages / Tours

  • Cancellation charges depend on how close the cancellation is to the travel date and supplier terms.

  • Typical cancellation slabs (indicative):

    • 45 days or more before departure: Booking amount minus processing charges

    • 30–44 days before departure: 25–40% of total cost

    • 15–29 days before departure: 50–75% of total cost

    • Less than 15 days / No-show: 100% cancellation charges

  • Exact charges will be confirmed at the time of booking.

5. Visa Services

  • Visa fees, embassy charges, and service fees are strictly non-refundable, irrespective of approval or rejection.

  • YourTripTailor LLP is not responsible for visa rejections or delays caused by embassies or consulates.

6. Forex, Rail Passes & Cruise Bookings

  • Refunds and cancellations are governed by the respective issuing authority or service provider.

  • Service and processing fees are non-refundable.

7. Refund Processing Timeline

  • Eligible refunds are generally processed within 7–21 working days after receipt from the service provider.

  • Refunds will be made through the original mode of payment only.

8. Force Majeure

  • No refunds can be guaranteed in case of events beyond control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, pandemics, government restrictions, airline shutdowns, or political unrest.

  • Refunds, if any, will strictly depend on supplier policies.

9. Amendments

  • Date changes, name changes, or itinerary modifications may attract additional charges as per supplier rules.

  • Any difference in fare or cost must be borne by the customer.

10. Disputes

  • All disputes are subject to Delhi jurisdiction only.
